We are seeking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Telemarketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling campaigns
- Effectively communicate product/service benefits to potential clients
- Handle inbound calls and provide accurate product information
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth sales processes
