The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and hiring. They will collaborate with hiring managers to meet recruitment needs and develop innovative strategies to attract top talent, leveraging market insights to enhance the hiring process.

Experience:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition within the retail, hospitality, or leisure sectors.
- Strong understanding of local Saudi talent market dynamics and recruitment processes.
Skills:
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to develop innovative sourcing strategies.
- Proactive, results-driven, and capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Salary:
- SAR 10,000 to 12,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
