Experience:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition within the retail, hospitality, or leisure sectors.
- Strong understanding of local Saudi talent market dynamics and recruitment processes.
Skills:
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to develop innovative sourcing strategies.
- Proactive, results-driven, and capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Salary:
- SAR 10,000 to 12,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
