Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee operations and drive excellence across multiple production departments. This role will manage day-to-day activities, lead a dynamic team, and ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and quality. Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Manage production activities across departments, ensuring smooth processes and timely delivery.
- Team Management: Lead and inspire Day and Night Shift Teams, fostering collaboration and a positive work environment.
- Process Optimization: Drive the adoption of LEAN Manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Quality teams to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Quality & Compliance: Uphold health, safety, and compliance standards while maintaining high-quality production outputs.
- Talent Development: Recruit, train, and mentor team members to build a strong and capable workforce.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in production management, preferably in manufacturing or steel processing.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of LEAN Manufacturing, quality standards, and health & safety protocols.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire large teams in a dynamic environment.
- Problem-solving skills: Adept at diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work across multiple departments and with stakeholders.
Salary and Benefits:
