Job Description:
We seek an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to lead our human resources team in Doha, Qatar. This role is crucial in creating a positive workplace culture, overseeing the recruitment process, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labour regulations. The HR Manager will support the organization’s mission by fostering a productive and engaging work environment that attracts and retains top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and apply HR strategies that support our business goals.
- Lead the hiring process from posting jobs to onboarding new team members.
- Oversee training and development to boost employee skills and engagement.
- Act as a key contact for employee concerns and foster a positive, inclusive workplace.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and stay up to date on any changes.
- Manage performance review processes, including goal setting and feedback.
- Plan and implement employee engagement activities to enhance our work culture.
- Oversee compensation and benefits to keep them competitive.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality.
- Work closely with leadership to align HR efforts with company goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in an HR role, ideally in Qatar.
- Solid understanding of HR practices and local labour laws.
- Strong communication and people skills, able to work well with all levels.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
