Job Description
We are seeking Human Resource Assistant in Kuwait to ensure smooth operations and compliance with local labor laws. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Updating all HR transactions across all system functions is essential to maintaining the Human Resources Management System (HRMS).
- Plan and coordinate meetings, create agendas, attend meetings, and record minutes.
- Install a productive filing and data retrieval system to guarantee ongoing access to current information.
- To assist particular HR activities, compile and summarize HR data and create a variety of papers.
- Examine incoming calls and emails and reroute them as necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or equivalent technical degree (TS)
- 0-1 year of experience in a similar field
- Proficiency in MS Office
