About the Role:
As a Fashion Consultant at Chalhoub Group, you’ll be the face of luxury brands, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales.
- Customer Service: Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and offering personalized advice.
- Sales: Achieving sales targets and promoting brand loyalty.
- Product Knowledge: Staying up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and product information.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensuring the store looks its best and products are displayed attractively.
- Store Operations: Supporting daily store operations, including inventory management and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- You will gather information on top sellers, sluggish movers, and client behavior, which will be crucial for business reviews.
- Develop customer interactions using an omnichannel strategy; give product feedback prior to purchasing; and promote eNPS through people experience programs and culture.
- Verify compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and virtual machine requirements.
- Make sure that click and collect are carried out by service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Make sure that client information is appropriately recorded by the demands of the marketing team.
- Encourage the MUSE loyalty program and keep abreast with app updates, among other things.
- Assistance with in-store marketing activities and events
- Stay up to date on all brand campaigns and social media activity.
- Encourage in-store sell-throughs; assist with in-store customer experience initiatives; and offer feedback on what is and is not working well in the store.
