The Counter Sales Associate delivers top-notch customer service, manages food display counters, and ensures timely preparation and delivery of orders while maintaining hygiene and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide expert product guidance.
- Process and arrange orders for dine-in and takeaway promptly.
- Receive, verify, display, and restock items while upholding hygiene standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain records, report issues, and ensure smooth team communication.
- Follow “Clean as you go” practices to maintain a tidy environment.
- Conduct monthly inventory of consumables.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
0–1 year in customer service or a similar role.
Skills:
