Job Description
We seek an Assistant Store Manager in Dubai to ensure the highest level of customer service, efficient store operations, and maximum sales while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Train and motivate retail staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Store Operations:
- Assist the store manager with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Manage and optimize store inventory and stock levels.
- Ensure adherence to visual merchandising standards.
- Implement and maintain company policies and procedures.
- Sales and Marketing:
- Drive sales and maximize revenue through effective sales techniques and promotions.
- Promote the company’s loyalty program to encourage repeat business.
- Team Management:
- Manage and motivate the retail staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high morale.
- Handle employee scheduling, performance management, and grievance resolution.
- Provide feedback to the Store Manager and Area Manager on staff performance and product trends.
- Security and Loss Prevention:
- Implement and maintain security measures to minimize loss and theft.
- Monitor store activity to prevent incidents and ensure a safe environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Experience
2-3 Years experience in retail sales
