Role:
Tele Sales Represent –Walk in Interview
Location:
Kings Tower International City Phase (2)
Timing:
11 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Saturday till 31 Dec 2024
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Answer customer queries and concerns effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
- Handle customer objections professionally and persuasively.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Urdu.
- Proven experience as a telesales representative.
- Ability to quickly learn about products and services and explain them clearly to prospects.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.
- Indian nationality is preferred.
