Objectives
Aramex, Dubai is seeking an experienced Global Facilities Manager to lead our facilities management team and oversee the development and implementation of strategies that align with our organization’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage long-term strategic projects related to FM department development in GCC, MENAT, India, and South Africa.
- Oversee facilities system upgrades, risk management, and compliance.
- Develop and execute standardized processes and streamline operations.
- Manage a global network of 65+ facilities and implement outlined FM standards and procedures.
- Develop and maintain FM operations manual and related processes.
Qualification and Requirements
- BSc in Engineering and MBA or MSc in Engineering.
- IFMA certification required.
- Minimum 10-12 years of FM experience or project management experience.
- Strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and English.
