Blue7tech is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer to join our innovative Travel Tech company. The ideal candidate will fill the gap between our technical team and clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and how they can be implemented to solve customer problems. This role requires an immense knowledge of technical expertise, sales acumen, and excellent communication skills to interact with customers and drive product adoption effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Consultation: Served as the primary technical expert for the sales team, delivering detailed product demos and addressing technical inquiries from potential clients.
- Solution Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and design customized solutions using our travel technology products.
- Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including new features, updates, and industry trends, as well as competitive products.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in developing proposals, presentations, and other sales materials, and participate in sales calls to provide technical insights.
- Customer Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and successful implementation of our solutions.
- Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from clients and prospects to inform product development and improvements, working closely with product management and engineering teams.
- Training and Education: Provide training sessions for customers and internal teams on the use of our products and services.
- Travel: Travel to customer sites and industry events as necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the travel industry, including airlines, hotels, and travel agencies.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in sales engineering, such as Certified Professional Sales Engineer (CPSE) or similar.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, project management tools, and data analysis platforms.
