Job description:
Sales Operation Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team at Alef Group LLC. This position is responsible for streamlining sales processes, ensuring data accuracy, and providing efficient administrative support to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Data Management and Administration
- Ensure correct data entry for pre-sales, sales, and post-sales stages.
- Distribute leads to the sales team.
- Maintain proper filing of documents.
- Perform assigned tasks through the case management system.
- Issue reservation forms and verify booking documents.
- Handle SPA issuance, signing, and delivery.
- Support the Finance Department in payment-related matters.
2. Customer Interaction and Support
- Attend to walk-in customers and handle their queries.
- Invite customers to sign SPAs and explain SPA clauses.
- Handle concession/resale cases and cancellations/terminations.
- Keep records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
3. Legal and Compliance
- Verify customer eligibility and ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
- Coordinate with the Legal Department for SPA preparation and other legal matters.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Requires prior sales purchase agreement experience.
- The candidate needs to have experience in real estate.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English is essential.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English is essential for business writing.
- Excellent multitasking and organizing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
