Store manager in Qatar- Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Service:
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets through effective staff guidance.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards.
- Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program for repeat sales.
Operations and Management:
- Implement company and brand operating procedures.
- Maintain product knowledge and industry trends.
- Minimize stock loss and manage stockrooms.
- Conduct weekly store audits and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage staff roster, leave, and grievances.
Visual Merchandising and Security:
- Maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure security awareness and vigilance.
Leadership and Communication:
- Supervise retail staff and provide feedback to the Area Manager.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
- Communicate effectively with customers and staff.
Requirements:
- Fashionable and well-groomed with up-to-date product knowledge.
- Ability to work standing for extended hours and lift heavy objects.
- Physical fitness and energy to manage store operations.
