Store manager in Qatar- Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Service:
  1. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets through effective staff guidance.
  2. Ensure exceptional customer service standards.
  3. Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program for repeat sales.
Operations and Management:
  1. Implement company and brand operating procedures.
  2. Maintain product knowledge and industry trends.
  3. Minimize stock loss and manage stockrooms.
  4. Conduct weekly store audits and resolve discrepancies.
  5. Manage staff roster, leave, and grievances.
Visual Merchandising and Security:
  1. Maintain visual merchandising standards.
  2. Ensure security awareness and vigilance.
Leadership and Communication:
  1. Supervise retail staff and provide feedback to the Area Manager.
  2. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
  3. Communicate effectively with customers and staff.

Requirements:

  1. Fashionable and well-groomed with up-to-date product knowledge.
  2. Ability to work standing for extended hours and lift heavy objects.
  3. Physical fitness and energy to manage store operations.

Skills:
