Sales Manager – Bahrain

The leading Security and Facility services company that provides proactive security services and cutting-edge smart technology to deliver tailored, integrated security solutions is urgently hiring Sales Manager with relevant experience.
Responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible for providing a strategic sales function, focusing on maintaining and growing the business unit’s customer base (MSS, CS, FM & ESS) through effective sales and business development strategies and account management and reporting to the Managing Director.
Requirements
-Extensive experience of 8-10 years in a similar role with a proven track record of sales and business development in a service orientated organization.
-Experience in the development of business with, and negotiation of large bids and tenders.
A proven track record in driving revenues through effective sales processes and people.
-Able to meet sales targets.
-Knowledge of Integrated Security and FM Solutions and country market / sector.
-Good computer knowledge and fluent in English communication
-The Arabic language will be an additional advantage.
-Must have Bahraini driving license.
