Responsibilities:

• Daily bookkeeping of invoices, expenses, and payments
• Documenting and maintaining records of bills, payments,
invoices, etc

  • Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data
  • entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
  • Record all sales, purchases, and expenses.
  • Reconcile and prepare invoices
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports

Requirements and skills:

• Good understanding of accounting and financial
reporting principles and practices
• Need to be good in English speaking, reading & writing with
good communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with
accounting software’s.

Description

We are urgently looking for a skilled Accounting Clerk to perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping and financial tasks.

Ultimately, a successful Accounting Clerk will ensure that the company’s daily accounting functions run accurately and effectively.

Responsibilities:
Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements

Requirements and skills:
Proven accounting experience, preferably as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or Accounts Payable Clerk
Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software.
