CORE PURPOSE OF JOB: To manage and upkeep the Quality Management System in-line with Almarai standards, by adhering to ISO 22000 and QMS standards and HACCP. (Codex Alimentarus). To Co-ordinate all Quality System related aspects in Poultry Division. To assist the Quality team within the Division to effectively manage all aspects of Quality. To provide assistance in risk assessments and Quality auditing in accordance with the procedures established by corporate and Divisional authority and to monitor the coordination of corrective actions.
1-Adherence of ISO9001-2000 and HACCP requirements.
2-Upkeep of Q-Pulse ( Electronic Documentation System)
3-Control of company documents and records.
4-Coordinate and conduct internal audits (GMP, ISO 22000, QMS and HACCP.
5-Co-ordinate the Quality plan and co-ordinate the action of all Quality System issues in the Division.
6-Assist all departments in the Division to perform risk assessments as per a set programme, review risk assessments to identify opportunities for improvements and ensure all the precautionary measures are in programme and Co-ordinate weekly safety tours of all sections in the Division and monitoring and ensuring all needed steps are recorded and auctioned
7-Schedule and attend the monthly Quality meetings at all sections in the Division
8-Investigate incident reports and escalate as appropriate.
9-Identify and liaise with key stakeholders within the Division e.g. training, transport, fleet, Div HR etc to ensure customer expectations are exceeded
10-Monitor training of Poultry Quality training packages to ensure consistent and accurate delivery place.
11-Assist, conduct and be actively involved in the Almarai audits.
1-Registered QMS course.
2-Certified Internal Auditor of QMS and ISO 22000.
3-Minimum of 2-year experience in a Quality role within a Division and Cold store environment
