Job Description

Skills:
• Extensive knowledge of the Operating System, Software, computers, printers and other accessories.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Proficiency in software applications such as MS Office and Outlook.
• Knowledge of networking concepts.
Soft Competencies:
• Ability to work well in teams with good oral, written, and interpersonal skills ( Arabic and English)
• Ability to communicate technical info and ideas so other team members will understand.
• Ability to provide support on 24*7 bases.

 

Education:
Diploma ideally in Electronics /Communication Technology/ IT or similar.

 

Experience:
Fresh graduate or up to 3 years of experience in same field of support.
