Job Purpose: 

The Supervisor Corporate Finance provides critical financial planning support of the overall AWPR Forecasts, Plans based on Strategic plan. Also, to work closely with project finance team to develop full Business report and give insights and views on various Feasibility Study and Capital Investment proposals – the role’s primary objectives are: 
• Manage Revenue Performance tracking & analysis. 
• Carryout Profitability Analysis 
• Capital Investments Analysis 
• Manage Investment targets and its reporting. 

Job Scope: 
Assisting the Manager, Corporate Finance and Planning in overseeing the financial activities of Al Ain Zoo. This role is primarily concerned with maximizing shareholder value through long-term and short-term financial planning and the implementation of various strategies. 

Key Tasks and Duties: 
• Develop and mentor progress of UAE National staff in assigned target positions. 
• Manage planning cycle for ZAPIA. 
• Manage Revenue Performance tracking & analysis. 
• Manage a small team (1-2 Personnel) and act as a facilitator to Business Development Projects that drive AWPR future growth 
• Ensure high quality process and presentation Management Team 
• Provide analytical support to project teams through the development and financial assessment of New Business initiatives & cross-functional projects 
• Coordinate and gather best practices, analyze, summarize and prepare results of financial plans, new business planning, and trend future requirements 
• Carryout Profitability Analysis 
• Capital Investments Analysis 
• Manage Investment targets and its reporting. 
• Feasibility Studies 
• Capital Expenditure Support 
• Financial Planning Cycle 
• Systems Implementation 
• Undertakes related tasks as directed by senior management 
• Ensure that all ZAPIA EHS policies are followed


• Ability to manage a small team (1-2 Personnel) 
• Good knowledge of the complicated business system. 
• Detailed knowledge of Profitability Analysis. 
• Astute Financial Performance judgment and skills. 
• Ability to prepare planning processes and strong analytical skills. 
• Good presentation and communication skills. 
• Demonstrated good people skills. 
• Ability to manage a frequently changing agenda. 
• Advanced Excel, Power point and experience with other planning and analytical software is a must.
