The Role:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager to join Mamas & Papas for a new store opening in Riyadh.  Working with our store team, you will be responsible for excellent customer service  through effectively managing the department team.  Your responsibility will also be controlling and monitoring Store operations.  This will include driving sales, merchandising and stock control in order to achieve the department targets.

Personal Specifications:

The ideal candidate will be a passionate and enthusiastic individual who wants to lead a team to be successful.  A keen interest in children products is essential and you should be able to recommend our products to our Customers. You should be able to communicate with colleagues, senior managers and customers alike.

You should be well groomed and have excellent Customer Service skills

Skills and Experience:

You should be able to show your experience in achieving excellent standards of customer service by directing and coaching the sales team, and leading by example on the shop floor. This will include experience in motivation, training and managing poor performance of staff and products.

You will have a background in analysing sales data and making commercially based decisions.

A Customer service background is essential and you should be able to give examples of when you have dealt with the Customer journey effectively.

An understanding of Visual merchandising would be beneficial.

You should have experience in managing stockloss and reducing shrinkage in store and be able to give examples of when you have done this in previous positions.

An excellent command of the English language is essential.

High school qualification is preferred.
