Person:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager to join our growing team in Dubai. You will be responsible for excellent customer service through effectively managing the store team as well as all store operations. This will include driving sales, merchandising and stock control in order to achieve the store targets and leading the way in Wonderization!

The successful candidate will be the Store Manager of the ambassadors of wonder, providing all customers with a joyful welcome, indulging them in wonderment and leave them feeling amazing.

You will be a passionate and enthusiastic individual who wants to lead a team to be successful. A keen interest in fashion and trends is preferred and you should be able to recommend our products to our Customers. You should be able to communicate with colleagues, Managers and Customers alike. An excellent command of the English language is essential.

Arabic would be an advantage.

Experience:

Knowledge of how to implement an outstanding Customer journey is essential.

You should be able to show your experience in achieving excellent standards of customer service in the store by directing and coaching the sales team, and leading by example on the shop floor. This will include experience in motivation, training and managing poor staff performance and products.

Ideally you will have a background in analysing sales data and making commercially based decisions.

A Customer service background is essential and you should be able to give examples of when you have dealt with Customer complaints effectively.

An understanding of Visual merchandising is vital for this role.

You should have experience in managing stockloss and reducing shrinkage in store and be able to give examples of when you have done this in previous positions.

Qualifications:

High school qualification is required
