Description: This position is ideal for a young person who is aspiring to become a DOS within 2 to 3 years. Whilst focusing on the Corporate segment, the individual will overlook the Travel Trade segment too. Due to the size of the hotel and the team, the person will benefit from a unique experience as he/she will be exposed to all areas of Sales.
Main responsibilities: To develop and nurture Corporate Companies. To train, coach, counsel and lead our Sales Executives. To overlook the Travel Trade Department.
Job experience: Minimum 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in an international or regional hotel chain. Candidates with sound knowledge of the Media City, Internet City, Knowledge Village, Tecom and Al Barsha areas will have a definite advantage.
Personality: Outgoing and outspoken. Strong leadership character, perseverant, able to deal with customers and colleagues of mixed nationalities. Good admin skills. Results oriented. Career Oriented.
Education: University Graduate (Business, Marketing or Hotel Management).
Age: Between 27 and 32 years old.
Language: Fluent in English (Spoken and Written). Arabic speaking candidates would have an advantage.
