oDirects the creation of weekly and monthly reports for review by the Procurement team and Procurement Manager.
oAnalyse performance on business goals and implement plans to improve results.
oResponsible for accurate forecasting and appropriate adjustments to trends.
oManage allocation strategies to maintain proper replenishment strategies of stock goals and flow plans
oIdentify key items and key looks for each delivery to simplify visual work in the store
oPreparation of bids/tender documents, supplier contracts, correspondence and drafting as required new contract clauses and or formats to suit business needs.
oMaintaining, distributing and controlling all the vendor documents with proper references and keep recording.
oUnderstanding of Purchase related processes, terms, rules and procedures.
oLiaise with the respective departments and assist the section head in day-to-day purchase administration.
oContribute to the responsibility for the overall sustainability and profitability of the operations
oReviewing contractor proposals and negotiate and formalize contract variations and maintaining information essential to the Administration with summary of each contract.
oInsurance and guarantee monitoring adherence to contract provisions, maintaining expiration schedule and renewal and preparing certificates for acceptance close-out and maintaining the log.
oViewing invoices and payment certificates for conformance to the purchase condition
oContribute to developing and defining best practice procurement processes
oSupport procurement staff on daily basis
oEstablish and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners
oResponsible for Vendor evaluation & rating, cost estimation, cost reduction
oContribute to the responsibility for the overall sustainability and profitability of the organization
oFull awareness of INCOTERMS 2000
oUndertakes similar or related tasks as directed by the line Manager.
•Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree
•At least 6-8 years in administration
