To Driving Phone2 & Non-Phone2 sales meeting set business objectives


The Profile

  • Monitoring business P&L
  • Responsible for office administration
  • Carrying out regular performance reviews
  • Providing budgeted purchase approval
  • Providing approval for inventory purchases
  • Managing & controlling inventory aging
  • Leading Process definition and regular audits
  • Getting Non-Phone2 stock sold through online bidding
  • Coordinating with channel on sales
  • Performing market visit and addressing customer issues
  • Selling Phone2 through Direct Distribution & online
  • Account reconciliation
  • Building & developing new sales avenues
  • Leading marketing initiative for Phone2
  • Developing sales workforce
  • Tracking invoicing and shipment for non-phone2 sales
  • Ensuring set business targets are met

The Essentials:

  • Experience in mobile industry preferred
  • Strong background in sales
  • Must have strong communication skills with a proven ability to develop effective collaborative relationships
  • Good in analytical skills with good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Good in Commercial understanding
  • Graduation in any stream; Graduate in business stream preferred
  • 5 years of managerial experience
