Key Accountabilities:The Personal Sales Executive is responsible for promoting bank’s sales by interacting with the customers with the view to developing and retaining business and also responsible for providing a range of general banking services to customers to achieve the business goals of the branch.

  • Participate in the development and implementation of the branch sales plan and programs ensuring the consistency with the overall business plan of the Bank.
  • Achieve the agreed individual sales targets ensuring the compliance with bank’s policies and procedures to support the realization of the branch targets.
  • Promote the bank’s products to new and existing customers by making proactive sales efforts and capitalizing on cross selling opportunities in order to achieve the sales targets.
    Review applications for loans and credit cards to confirm their completeness and initiate processing, by deciding those cases within delegated level of authority and escalating the remaining to the appropriate authorities.
  • Proactively ensure that superiors (especially branch sales and service manager) and central processing units (Head Office) meet speedy turnaround times as laid out in service level agreements.
  • Take active interest to build skills and develop competencies to hold higher responsibilities.
  • Develop competitor awareness to assess the extent to which the Bank’s products and services are competitive and achieve market coverage.
Person Specifications:

  • Graduate, preferably in commercially oriented discipline or Diploma in business / finance related subjects.
  • Good verbal and written command of English and Arabic languages
  • Planning and organizing skills
  • Relationship building skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Marketing and selling skills
