The Operations Manager is responsible for the continuous improvement of the IT service, reducing cost and improving service levels. You will be responsible for maintaining service levels, effectively resolve service issues to return the service to normal levels as soon as possible, and implementing best practice service management frameworks to provide an efficient and effective service.
Knowledge, skills and experience required:

Essential:
Previous experience in running IT operations and being responsible for delivering critical IT services and restoring services after outages
Strong internal and external stakeholders management skills
Strong management skills in leading a team
Fluent in Business English
Desirable:

Strong written and oral communication skills
Educated to appropriate degree level or equivalent by experience
Ability to make a significant contribution to the development of the IT strategy for the organisation
Proficient in Arabic or other language(s)
