Key Accountability:Work Management

KEY FOCUS AREAS

  • Receives loan proposals and examines them to ensure completeness of supporting information and compliance with bank requirements.
  • Undertakes detailed analyses of proposals to assess the completeness of documentation and securities to process the case as per the Bank’s criteria of “capital, capacity and credibility” are satisfied.
  • Reporting the missing documents
  • Ensuring accurate CPV has been conducted on applicable cases
  • Ensuring that the status has been updated in Track Soft
  • Work with team with 100% commitment and willingness to learn

OPERATING EFFICIENCY

  • Error free processing of applications
  • Reporting exceptions to the higher levels for uniformity
  • Sending emails and follow-up with branches
  • Improving TAT as far as possible

AREAS OF IMPROVEMENT

  • Adherence to the rules of the Organization
  • Be prompt on timings and reduce error rates

TEAM PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

  • Prompt processing of applications and creating teamwork – Ongoing

SERVICE QUALITY

  • Prepare and submit the post approval documentation for disbursement
  • Collect and archive the post disbursement loan documentation.
  • Prepares and despatches regular loan administration monitoring reports to meet internal and external requirements.
  • Attend to branch and Inter departmental queries.
  • Prepares and despatches loan amendments and loan restructuring memos considering the interest of the bank and the economic conditions prevailing.
  • Undertakes activities involved in loan account maintenance.
  • Activities related to the regularization of the delinquent accounts in coordination with the collection department.
Job Context:

  • CBD has an exposure of about AED 5 billion in terms of loans, advances and credit. The extent and value of loans has steadily risen over the years.
  • Market and economic conditions are changing and so are customer requirements.
Qualification:

  • Minimum High School
  • Strong working knowledge of the policies and documentations, business software applications
Experience:

  • 2 years banking experience.
  • Written and spoken English (Arabic preferred)
Skills:

  • Good interpersonal and negotiating skills.
  • Effective team player
  • Sensitive to maintains relations with branches and understand the importance of good customer service.
  • Works with positive attitude.
