Key Account Manager ( Group Scheme ) – Sales




To develop a prospective database of organizations, and leveraging off existing enrolled organizations with which to target the defined Group Schemes value proposition with that results in a high product penetration. To Build strong relationships both internally and externally that ensure the sales targets are achieved while complying with all regulations set by the bank and SIMAH




Work Management

Strategy and Planning:

Work with internal partners to ensure that the Group Schemes value proposition meets the needs of the targeted organizations

Develop a prospect data base

Ensure that the targeted % Product sales penetrations are achieved.

To develop a sales plan.

Revenues & Sales Targets:

To work diligently and consistently towards achieving the revenue and sales targets.

Ensure high cross sell product penetration into the various segments and business units within CBD

Quality Control Assessment:

Comply with the defined sales process, while ensuring all documentation is completed correctly

Review and audit in liaison with the Manager of Group Schemes; systems (software), policies and procedures, call sheets, daily referral etc in order to bridge any gaps in achieving the sales targets.

Reports and Analysis:

Submit (daily, weekly or monthly) reports related to various product sales, issues, solutions and recommendations and provide closure to burning issues.

Coordination with other departments and locations:

Work with all internal parties to ensure that the value proposition is realistic and achievable.

Maintain strong network within the bank

Follow sales procedure as per department’s rules and guidelines.

Ensure that proper chain of control is maintained between departments conducting the sales deal: and Simah rules are complied with at all times.

Corporate Governance:

Adhere to the requirement of operational procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled manner

Ensure compliance to risk policies and procedures to minimize the error ratios and customer frauds

Comply to Basel II framework for all retail banking operations



Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Business Management (CRM / Operations )


Experience: 3 – 8 years in banking with 3 years in direct marketing of a bank.


MS Office proficient

Bi-lingual in spoken Arabic and English
