Provides professional expertise to carry out assignments/projects to specify systems and/or implement, deliver/maintain and improve HR products and services, as directed.
Main Responsibility Area
Contributing to a specific HR tool, process or product development project or product evaluation or improvement of own field of expertise. Provide support in conducting researches on assigned HR projects. Provide administrative project support: Data analyses, monitoring and ensuring data quality, creating documentation and knowledge management. Organizing delivery of training and development for HR community or for managers.
Responsible to provide support to NSN employees and managers in HR tools
and processes related questions. Drive HRC related process review in country with
the purpose to streamline and find more effective ways to handle those including reviewing tasks with different countries. Participation to relevant HRC expertise groups and projects within HRC MEA. Organizing and delivering relevant trainings for managers and employees.
