HR Administration Officer-Abu Dhabi Global Market


    The HR Administrator is responsible for maintaining administrative systems and procedures to provide administrative support for HR including arranging meetings, collating and circulating papers, preparing statistical reports, entering data on the HR system and following up action points
    Knowledge, skills and experience required:

    Experience in a similar administrative position in a fast-paced environment
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    Excellent time management and organisation skills
    Excellent active listening skills
    Ability to work confidentially
    Strong ability to work in a team
    Fluent in business English

    Previous experience of Payroll and HR systems administration
    Ideally previous experience in the UAE and in the Financial Services Industry
    HR qualification
    Proficient in Arabic or other language(s)
    Preference given to UAE Nationals
