Key responsibilities:
– Receive all incoming phone calls and forward them as necessary.
– Greet office guests warmly, notify host(s), direct/escort guests to conference rooms, offer beverage.
– Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and filling duties.
– Create and maintain useful databases for the department.
Qualifications
– Good knowledge in MS Office Application
– Excellent in English communication skills
– Experience is a plus
– Should be under husbands visa or transferable visa
Salary package: 3000 AED and annual leave with yearly ticket
