Corporate Relations Manager-Abu Dhabi Global Market


    The Corporate Relations Manager is responsible for the management of the customer service team in the Registration Bureau, to deliver a positive customer experience to customers through initial contact with Abu Dhabi Global Market, and to manage the provision government and delivery of concierge services.
    Knowledge, skills and experience required:

    Experience managing customer service teams
    Strong management skills in leading a customer delivery team or function
    Strong analytical thinking and decision making
    Advanced understanding of customer service
    Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills
    Strong written and oral communication skills
    Fluent in Business English

    Experience of working with UAE government processes and departments
    Influencing and negotiation skills
    Proficient in Arabic or other language(s)
