Construction Contract Administrator -Alain Wildlife Park & Resort


    •Directs activities concerned with contracts for purchase or sale of equipment, materials, products, or services. 
    •Examines performance requirements, delivery schedules, and estimates of costs of material, equipment, and production to ensure completeness and accuracy. 
    •Negotiates contract with the Contractors. 
    •Requests or Prepare amendments to or extensions of contracts. 
    •Advises planning and production departments of contractual rights and obligations. 
    •May compile data for preparing estimates. 
    •May coordinate work between ZAPIA departments. 
    •May act as liaison between company and the contractors. 
    •Assist with the preparation of status reports, monthly reports and the assembly of supporting documentation for as required. 
    •Maintain ZAPIA general services filling and records. 
    •Issuance of correspondence and following up required action process. 
    •Develop/ maintain and monitor the needed setup for documentation facility 
    •Perform a regular audit on corporate documents in order to ensure that all documents are properly submitted to other departments. 
    •Validates files and document controls. 
    •Follow the company’s standard operating procedures. 
    •Undertakes similar or related tasks as directed by the line Manager.


    •Minimum: Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree 
    •Preferred: Bachelor Degree 
    •At least 3-8 years in Procurement
