About Your Job:
Reporting to the Senior Cargo claims Officer, monitors and take actions for all cargo and mail discrepancies and customer complaints through entire network in coordination with concerned stations on a daily basis to ensure immediate corrective action taken for mishandled cargo to minimize discrepancies and to enhance customer services.
The successful candidate will need to follow up with stations to gather necessary documents / information which requires to make a sound judgement of the case and to have a complete claim file for audit /legal purposes.
He/ she will need to ensure that all records and files related to claims/discrepancies are stored in a systematic manner and for easy retrieval to comply with legal requirement.
The applicant must have a Graduate degree or a minimum School final certificate with at least 03 to 05 years experience in Airline Industry of which minimum of 1 year in the similiar field is preferred. Understanding of TACT rules and IATA regulations is required. Customer service and Interpersonal skills with a strong analytical mindset is desired.
Only candidates with excellent communication skills, good need apply. Practise of Arabic language is a distinctive factor.
