Key Accountabilities:The Customer Service Representative will act as the first point of contact for callers on the branch, ensuring that they are directed to the most appropriate bank representative to provide further service and also act as a conduit for delivering services.

    • Act as first point of contact in understanding customers’ requirements; provide proper information and directing them to the appropriate service point, thus starting the service process.
    • Attend to clients visiting the branch for their rented lockers
    • Assist / guide the walk-in customers to collect the proper token for the service required.
    • Proactively go to the waiting area and help / educate customers to avail other service delivery channels and assist them by demonstrating the usage of alternative delivery channels (ATMS, Automated Deposit Machines, phone, internet banking etc)
    • Ensure that the application forms and other promotional materials are advantageously displayed and provide headline information on the banking products and services to maximize the customer uptake.
    • Maintain the spirit of “Always beyond Call of Duty’ (ABCD), by supporting the Branch team as and when required.

    • Take active interest to build skills and develop competencies for self to hold higher responsibilities.

Person Specifications:

  • Graduate, preferably in commercially oriented discipline or Higher Secondary education with recognized diploma in Banking.
  • 3 – 4 years of experience would be preferred.
  • Good verbal and written command of English and Arabic languages
  • Planning and organizing skills
  • Marketing and selling skills
