About Your Job:

We are looking for a number of highly skilled Administrators to support the top management of Al Maha Airways. This includes supporting the CEO, COO and several Directors.

These are temporary positions for a period of 3 – 6 months.

As Administrator, you will provide a wide range of high level and confidential administrative support to the Al Maha team in Doha.

You will ensure that the day-to-day operations run smoothly including managing of diary, incoming/outgoing documents and calls and ensure that all requirements of the office is acted on in a timely and accurate manner. You will ensure that the daily schedule is properly planned and briefs are prepared in advance. You will also be required to draft meeting agenda/minutes, prepare reports, memos and PowerPoint presentations.

You are required to maintain the highest standard of professional conduct at all times.

About You:

You will hold a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of job-related experience providing administrative support to management. You will have strong administrative support experience and have worked in a fast-paced, multi-cultural working environment. You must be good in managing and maintaining office procedures, proficient in MS Office suite and have the ability to work independently with minimum instructions.

You must be self-organised and have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
