About Your Job::
You will be responsible for providing Administrative support for the smooth functioning of the Department on a daily basis and assist in improving the efficiency of various existing work functions. You will co-ordinate internal and external communications for the Safety Department, manage, co-ordinate and maintain calendar of appointments, travel arrangements, records of communication (documents, faxes, mails, etc.) to meet the requirements of the Director of Safety office. You will also perform administrative tasks based on set procedures, establishment and maintenance of filing systems, categorizing and maintaining manuals.
You will be the first point of contact for the Director of Safety Office, plan and coordinate the director’s schedule, compile reports as directed and ensure all files are complete and properly maintained. In addition, you will also assist in improving efficiency of various work functions including the handling of confidential issues which require high degree of discretion.
We are looking for a bachelor degree holder with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in an administrative role in a multicultural environment. You should be a committed proactive individual with excellent written and spoken English language skill, excellent computer skills and knowledge of Database administration experience. Any experience working with an Airline/ Aviation environment will be preferred.
